Renewals 2010

It is now time to renew your permit for 2010.  At the AGM it was agreed as follows:- 

• Existing licence holders have first option to renew
• Renewal must be done by 30^th November
• From 01 December any licence holder who has not renewed will be deemed to have resigned
• From 01December applications will be dealt with on a first-come-first-served basis
• I will keep the list of new applicants in strict order of receipt
• A rider who choose to change Clubs may take his/her licence to the new Club, as long as the new Club is affiliated to EMBA
• Applications must be submitted via your Club
• A new Indemnity form must be signed.
• Existing licensees do not need to submit a new photo
• The fee structure for 2010 :  First member R250.00.  2^nd Adult member (eg spouse) R150.  Bona Fide dependent R50
• Application forms and indemnity form are available on the website or from your Club 

We realise that there are lot of current licensees who do not use their licences, or only very infrequently. If that is you, please consider not renewing, and rather making use of a temporary permit on the few occasions when you do ride in the cane Temporary permits available from various sources.
