EMBA Amended Ride Times 21/09/2020

Greetings Members
We have been negotiating with the Land Owners/Leased Farm management for an amended addendum to the EMBA agreement for access times.
The following addendum was concluded:and with effect from 21st September 2020, licenced members of EMBA affiliated clubs will be permitted to ride on the North Coast, Hillhead and Umdloti Farms on weekday mornings at the below times:We have not been given permission from Uzinzo to extend the ride times at Shongweni at the moment. 
Weekday ride times remain as is.
Currently Approved ride times for North Coast and Shongweni are:1 September to 30 April, Mon-Fri: 15h30 – 18h00; Sat/Sun/Public Holidays: 5h00 – 18h00
1 May to 31 August, Mon – Fri: 15h30 – 17h00; Sat/Sun/Public Holidays: 6h30 – 17h00
AMENDMENTSNorth Coast (Hillhead and Umdloti Farms ONLY) mornings1 September to 30 April, Tuesday to Thursday: 6h00 – 11h00
1 May to 31 August, Tuesday to Thursday: 6h30 – 11h00
We have not been given permission from Uzinzo to extend the ride times at Shongweni and their North Coast leased farms at the moment. Weekday ride times remain as is.

This dispensation is granted for organised rides under the auspices of the affiliated clubs and we request that the Club Representatives ensure that their members are in possession of licences or Temporary licences and adhere to this addendum to ensure that future negotiations are notnegatively affected.
