Updated map North Coast area and route changes

Dear Rider

An updated map of the North Coast Routes has been put onto the website.  (http://www.emba.org.za/route-maps/)

TH have allowed us a couple of changes.

Two routes, familiar to riders, have now been authorised.

1. The ‘Three Bridges’ route is now fully authorised.
2. The ‘Contour’ is now an authorised route.

In addition:

• The wooden bridge construction spanning the stream portage on the revised red Route should now be completed fairly soon
• Hopefully water levels at the low bridge near the Blackburn Farm offices is reducing below wet foot levels.

We are currently having discussions with the farm manager in the Shongweni area re a possible new route/change and security in the area, and as soon as we have this confirmed by TH management we will let you know the outcome.
